Featuring beautiful materials, elegant furniture, coupling these with a keen eye in home staging and design, Gardella Design Group stages alluring spaces that make houses feel luxurious and desirable, on any budget.
The goal for our homes we stage is to frequently sell faster and for higher prices than un-staged homes.
With offices in Seattle, Gardella Design Group has worked with clients throughout Washington State, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Miami offering staging, redesign, and GDG’s signature service in Holiday Design and Decor.

TEAM STORY
Gardella Design Group opened its doors in January 2018. We started with just a few designers and stylists, and in our first amazing year we averaged 20 stages per month, the majority of those selling in less than 1 week, and often within 1-2 days. In addition, we installed over $35 million in real estate.

Kesley Howard - One of our premiere property stylists is the daughter of former NFL professional football player, Ron Howard (Dallas Cowboys & Seattle Seahawks). Kesley holds a Bachelors Degree in Fashion and Textile Design from Washington State University. Kesley lives in Seattle Washington. Watch for Kesley’s Episodes right here starting in June, as she takes us with her through her year long trip around the world to buy textiles, furnishings and accessories for Gardella Design Group.
Stefanie Gonsalves — One of our very talented Property stylist, is also the daughter of former Horse Racing Jockey, Frank Gonsalves. Stefanie lives in Seattle with her husband, and 2 dogs Rosie & Monty.
Sara Walls — Is a gifted and creative Interior Designer who works on special projects for GDG. She holds a Bachelors in Interior Design from the Seattle Art Institute. Sara lives in Seattle Washington.
HISTORY
Kim Hawkins, our President, and Certified Professional Home Stager, and Re-designer has been widely regarded in the high-tech community as a top Technical Recruiter and Talent Manager prior to starting Gardella Design Group working with companies such as Amazon, AOL/Yahoo, Microsoft, Siebel, Oracle, hiring top Software Development Engineers and Leadership throughout the world.
However, her true passion, was always hunting and gathering furnishings and accessories for Kim and her friends homes. The sense of joy she found in successfully transforming amazing rooms, and unique spaces for various friends through her finds was the highlight of life, she felt. Real Estate professionals encouraged her to share her staging and design talent to a much wider audience. In launching Gardella Design Group to serve the busy home selling marketplace on a full-time basis, Kim has found the critical success factors that go into staging properties for a quick value- add sale much like she experienced in the corporate world for other people’s companies. Kim's unique abilities to understand the needs of homeowners, agents, developers and business owners sets her apart. She pushes the innovative boundaries just like her clients are doing in their daily careers, and lives. Together, they stage amazing spaces that create emotion.
