The goal for our homes we stage is to frequently sell faster and for higher prices than un-staged homes.

With offices in Seattle and Studio City California, Gardella Design Group has worked with clients throughout Washington State, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Miami offering staging, remodeling and interior design, vacation rental design, and GDG’s signature service in Holiday Design and Decor.

Gardella Design Group opened our doors for business in late December 2017. Starting with just a few part time designers and stylists, in our first year we averaged 20 stages per month. The majority of those selling in less than 1 week, and often within 1-2 days. In addition, we installed over $40 million in real estate our first full year in 2018. Though we have seen a shift since Covid-19 in 2020, it has proven to present so many amazing opportunities through it. To date we have staged and decorated $515 million in real estate. We stand so very grateful! More than ever, we stand ready to shift with the market, our real estate partners, and suppliers to the new normal, while helping our communities through this unusual slower inventory we find ourselves in today. We are in this together!

Kim Hawkins, President/Founder, and Certified Professional Home Stager, and Re-designer and Certified Vacation Rental Design Expert has been widely regarded in the high-tech community as a top Technical Recruiter and Talent Manager prior to starting Gardella Design Group working with companies such as Amazon, AOL/Yahoo, Microsoft, Siebel, Oracle, and Extrahop hiring top Software Development Engineers and Leadership throughout the world.

However, her true passion, was always hunting, and gathering with that sheer sense of joy she found in successfully transforming amazing rooms, and unique spaces for various friends through her finds. Real Estate professionals encouraged her to share her staging and design talent to a much wider audience.  In launching Gardella Design Group to serve the busy home selling marketplace on a full-time basis, Kim has found the critical success factors that go into staging properties for a quick value- add sale.
